Our License Agreement

One of the best sources for purchasing a horse is a breeder. Breeders have a large selection of horses on hand.. The main advantage of working with a breeder is that you can often gain credible insight about a horse. You have access to view other horses that have been bred by the owner; a chance to discuss pedigrees, and
see the kind of environment in which the horse was raised and/or trained; and compare other horses of similar type. The breeder also can discuss the advantages of particular bloodlines, as well as provide additional information about his / her individual breeding program.

Template Imagery

We use a variety of images that have been licensed from various stock photo sources. Royalties are paid by us to cover image use within this template. Not all templates contain images from all sources.

Support Policies

We take pride in offering complete customer support for our templates. We make them and know best how to fix problems that may arise. There are, however, some limitations as to what we can do:

• We will support all template issues for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• We support all templates for six months after they have been removed from our catalog.
• We may not offer free support for templates which have been significantly altered.

Refund Policy

Our web templates are classified as software and, as such, are usually not refundable. We gladly offer refunds on any items that prove to be incompatible with your particular computer configuration. If you have installation problems with any of our products, please contact us as soon as possible. We can help resolve the issue, repackage the template, or refund your purchase price.
